Data Collected

The following data is processed when using Scammyfy:

• Server log files (IP address, timestamp) – automatically by the web server
• Content of scam reports (voluntarily entered)
• Optional: Name and email of the reporter (voluntary)

Purpose of Processing

The collected data is used exclusively for operating the portal and processing scam reports. No data is passed on to third parties.

Retention Period

Server log files are automatically deleted after 30 days. Report content is stored as long as it is relevant for the operation of the portal.

Hosting

This website is hosted on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Data processing takes place in Germany.

Cookies

Scammyfy does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. Only a technically necessary session cookie for the admin area is set.
